Registration Fees

General Information

All questions and concerns regarding registration should be sent to [email protected]. Registration can be performed through your online Relevé account or by mail in registration. All fees must be paid by studio checks, credit cards, or cashiers checks. Placing routines in your account or in your cart will not complete the registration process for that routine at the competition.

Please call or email us for a list of fees. This information will be shared with studio owners/faculty only and is not posted anywhere. All fees must be paid by studio checks, credit cards, or cashiers checks. Entry fees are due on the registration deadline posted on event page.  All payments within one month of the event must be paid by credit card or cashiers check only. Any payments or entries added after registration deadline will be subject to a late fee (see below). All fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks. In the event that one of our events are “Sold Out,” you may be required to make a deposit to hold your spot if you have not yet paid in full. Please note that Nationals entry fees vary and can be obtained by calling or emailing the office.

All competition fees are per person, per entry.

All competition registrations are first come, first served basis and will be limited to the amount of performances. Participation in the competition is not based on bias or preference but only by competely registering in a timely manner.  We cannot save or hold registrations.

Registration is not complete until payment is received. By placing routines in your account or in your cart will not complete the registration process for that routine at the competition.

Competitions can and will be closed prior to the deadline date if the competition fills to maximum capacity.

A waiting list can be created for a closed competition per the Director of Releve’s discretion. To be placed on a waiting list you must email [email protected].

Promotions/Special Discounts

All registration fees are discounted from now until January 17th only. Any registrations changed or added after January 17th will not qualify.

Change Fees and Late Entry Fees

Late entries must be postmarked 14-30 (14th day is the closing date) days before the competition date and must include the late fee. The late fee is $10 per dance and must be paid by credit card, certified funds, or cash. Entries after 14 days will not be accepted.

Any entries or payment made after the registration deadline will incur an additional 10% penalty fee. Mailed in payments must be postmarked by registration deadline to avoid said late fees. Any changes made to existing entries within 21 days of event date will be subject to a $10 change fee per change. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE ON COMPETITION DAY. Please check over your schedules very closely prior to the event and notify the office immediately of any changes. No entries will be accepted at the registration.

If for some reason a change does need to be made after the closing date an additional late fee of $20 will be added.

Cancellations

Relevé reserves the right to cancel any competition due to weather, number of entries, or any other circumstance deemed necessary. Once registered, NO REFUNDS will be authorized unless it qualifies within the cancellation guidelines. Cancellations will be considered for medical and funeral issues only.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a “credit” that will be good for any Relevé event for up to one calendar year. All cancellations need to be submitted via email to [email protected].
