How is a groups skill level determined?

The skill level of a group dance is determined by the average skill level of all dancers in the routine. To reach the average skill level, add the hours of all the dancers together, then divide by the number of dancers in the routine. If you have a wide range of skill levels in a routine, our system will only allow the routine to go down one skill level from the highest dancers skill level participating in the routine.

When substituting dancers in a performance, be aware that any modifications could possibly change the skill level.
