Routines are required to perform in the sequence of their scheduled order. It’s essential that all routines are performed before the awards session in which they are scheduled. Failure to perform at the scheduled time may result in the routine being skipped. If a routine is skipped due to conflicts, costume changes, missing dancers, or props, there’s a possibility of a deduction if prior arrangements were not made. If a routine cannot perform before its scheduled awards session, time permitting, it will have the opportunity to perform but will only be adjudicated.
